Job summary

A leading F & B establishment in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee operations and ensure financial targets are met. Candidates must possess strong leadership and communication skills, be team players, and be fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Responsibilities include managing cashier procedures, guiding service personnel, and maintaining sanitation standards. Immediate availability is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all cashiering procedures in the outlet.
  • Manage administration, service, and bar operations.
  • Guide service and bar personnel in their duties.
  • Direct efforts to achieve financial goals of the outlet.
  • Implement Policies and Procedures in the restaurant and bar.
  • Check sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain sanitation standards in the outlet.
  • Provide functional assistance during peak periods.
  • Schedule sufficient manpower to suit business volume.
  • Maintain a clean and wholesome ambiance.
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly inventory reports.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Responsible of all cashiering procedure in outlet.
  • Responsible for the administration, service and bar operation, of the outlet assigned.
  • Responsible for guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the restaurant or bar in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for directing all efforts in the restaurant service and bar to achieve the financial goals of the outlet.
  • Responsible for following up the implementation of the Policies and Procedures in operating the restaurant and bar.
  • Responsible for checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for service and bar.
  • Responsible for maintaining the sanitation standards in the outlet. Responsible for providing functional assistance to the staff during peak periods.
  • Responsible for scheduling sufficient manpower in the outlet to suit volume of business.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and wholesome ambiance in the outlet, controlling room temperature, ventilation, lighting effects and music.
  • Checks and ensures the timely submission of the monthly inventory report, against restaurant sales report at the end of the day.
  • Any ad hoc duties assign by the Company from time to time.
