  • Resolve identified equipment issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime and uninterrupted outlet operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all equipment in the outlet.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of both new and existing equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and collaborate with other departments for the installation, maintenance, and relocation of equipment.
  • Analyze maintenance reports, identify trends, and provide actionable solutions and recommendations to management.
  • Assign, supervise, and inspect the work of the maintenance team to ensure high-quality standards and timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor and manage all maintenance activities within the allocated monthly budget.
  • Plan and oversee repair, refurbishment, and installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Maintain and update detailed maintenance logs, reports, and records of daily tasks, incidents, and completed projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades, replacements, or modifications to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and technical knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance, facilities, or engineering-related roles.
  • Experience in retail, F&B, or multi-outlet operations will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Able to supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors effectively.
  • Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiar with safety regulations, maintenance standards, and cost control.
  • Able to prepare and maintain maintenance reports and documentation.
  • Willing to travel between outlets and attend to emergency maintenance matters when required.
