Responsibilities
  • To manage existing customers and develop new customers
  • Maintain strong business relationships with clients by providing support, guidance, and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Assist the Manager in sales and marketing matters.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
  • To conduct regular visits to clients to maintain good rapport as well as collect feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support, and other market information.
  • Follow up payment collection
  • Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
