Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and issues related to company products.
• Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and accurate information.
• Work in a team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Requirements

• Do not have any account related to Grab rider/food/car.
• At least SPM qualification. Compulsory pass sejarah.
• Proficient in English (ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Full training provided for those new to the call center industry.
• Must be willing to work in Medini Iskandar Puteri Johor.

• RM1900-2100 - Basic salary starts with RM1900 (Based on Project) + Shift Allowance RM300 + RM400 KPI.

Working Hours
