The role will be responsible for the following key tasks

• Conduct job evaluation and grading using established frameworks
• Design and maintain organizational structures, including spans and leveling analysis
• Provide HR analytics and reporting to support organizational design decisions
• Collaborate with HR functions and business lines on workforce planning and restructuring projects
• Perform salary benchmarking and interpret market survey data for competitive pay recommendations
• Assist in developing and updating salary structures, pay bands, and compensation policies
• Provide HR analytics and reporting to support compensation‑related decisions
• Participate in annual salary review processes and compensation projects
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive compensation data
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by Management to support HR and business objectives

We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in compensation, organization design, or analytical roles
• Strong understanding of job evaluation frameworks and salary benchmarking
• Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret data and recommend actionable insights
• Expertise in project management to handle multiple initiatives, coupled with problem‑solving capabilities
• High integrity and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
