Operator (Lab)

Job description

Maintain QMS, GMP, HACCP and other standards implementation in laboratory activities

Perform sampling for incoming, outgoing and when and as assigned

Perform storage tank and road tanker/ ISO tanker inspection.

Perform other physical inspection (eg: soap fine, soap noodle size etc)

Prepare and maintain record keeping of inspection, quality record, document etc

Perform quality control check and report to relevant parties or superior if there any non-conformance and/or deviation

Keep, retrieve and dispose retained samples.

Maintain sampling tool and laboratory instruments includes calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting when required.

Implement housekeeping laboratory and other work places involved Technical

Implement laboratory waste disposal

Assist to washing sampling bottles

Assist Lab Executive/Superintend for laboratory supply stock check

Prepare sample for external testing, customer, custom etc

Perform routine activities to support operation of laborator.

Job Requirements

Credit in Science and Mathematic will be an added advantages.
