Job description

1. To perform task which is assigned by immediate superior from time to time

2. Observe and adhere to standard operational procedure and requirement laid down for production process.

3. Ensure equipment is in good working condition before production works begin.

4. Check and ensure that quality of printing meet customers’ requirements and expectation

5. Monitor material use for printing requirement and minimize material wastage.

6.To perform the inspection of all incoming materials, in-process and outgoing products checking based on the SOP.

To authorize to accept/reject the incoming, in-process and outgoing materials based on the agreed accept/reject criteria

To maintain and keep all the approved samples

To ensure all the non-conforming materials (incoming, in-process or outgoing) are properly segregated and quarantined

Adhere to company rules and regulations.
