Join our dynamic team at Celestica as a full-time Operations Trainer based in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our production team, enabling them to excel in their day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs tailored to the specific needs of our production staff
  • Assess the training requirements of our operations team and develop customised learning solutions
  • Facilitate interactive workshops, hands‑on demonstrations, and on‑the‑job training to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e‑learning resources
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with department managers to align training initiatives with the company's strategic objectives
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our production team
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Trainer
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles
