a. Supports Production Planner in Loading management
- Monitor loading versus capacity and support production planner on tracking:
- Wafer Supply
- Capacity Utilization
- Executes die selection based on weekly loading and demand plan
- Generates build instruction for publishing to the Subcons
b. Supports Production Planner in Delivery management and tracking
- Assess wafer supply to support the demand/firm planned order through push and pull collaborative method covering in-transit die and stock inventory at subcontractor's diebank. Track and monitor wafer arrival needed to support loading and ensure on time GR.
- Supports production planner in maintaining trackers and monitoring related Supply Chain WIP, inventory and shipment
c. Supports Production Planner in WIP reconciliation activities
- Regular subcontractors inventory audit and Reconciliation of Inventory (Die bank + WIP) with Finance and subcon partners.
Qualifications / Skills
- Graduate with a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or any business-related field.
- Effective writing and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all team members of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good knowledge of logistics, business processes, and relevant Supply Chain tools (e.g., SAP).
- Good knowledge in loading management, delivery management, tracking, and WIP reconciliation activities.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in planning, coordination, and production scheduling within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Fresh are welcome!
