A self-storage operator in Malaysia is seeking an Operations-cum-Property Management Manager. You will oversee daily operations across multiple facilities, manage service providers, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has at least 5 years of experience in operations or property management. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. A competitive salary package of RM 6,000 – RM 7,000 is offered along with benefits including insurance and medical coverage.

We are a self-storage operator in Singapore and Malaysia.In Malaysia, we operate 4 facilities in Glenmarie, Petaling Jaya, Sri Hartamas and Ampang. We are currently looking for an experienced Operation-cum-Property Management Managerto manage daily operations and oversee the effective management of our storage facilities.
Lead daily operations across multiple self-storage sites to ensure smooth, consistent service delivery
Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver quality and timely outcomes
Ensure site upkeep including maintenance, security, cleanliness, and overall safety standards
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external operational, legal, and safety requirements
Oversee end-to-end customer journey: onboarding, billing, service delivery, and move-outs
Supervise on-site teams and uphold service quality, discipline, and performance standards
Track and manage key site KPIs including enquiries, conversions, occupancy, pricing, revenue, and operating costs
Prepare operational reports, identify improvement opportunities, and support business growth initiatives
Act as an escalation point for operational incidents and ensure timely on-site resolution where required
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, or property management
Exposure to self-storage / real estate / logistics / warehousing will be an advantage
Strong leadership capability with excellent organizational and customer service skills
Working knowledge of property maintenance, contracts management, fire safety, and regulatory compliance
Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools
Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Bahasa Malaysia
(Additional language capabilities will be highly advantages and preferred)
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday (9.00am–6.00pm)
Saturday (9.00am–1.00pm)
Mobility Required: Role covers multiple sites; the Operations Manager is expected to be on-site when incidents are escalated, including outside standard working hours when necessary
Remuneration: Competitive package commensurate with experience and qualifications
Salary range: RM 6,000 – RM 7,000
