Job description

We are seeking a hands-on, results-oriented Operations Manager to lead our Kulai facility, overseeing warehouse, logistics, inventory, and compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient material flow.
• Lead and develop the operations team to achieve productivity, accuracy, and safety targets.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and serve as the main liaison with relevant authorities such as Kastam, MITI, Bomba, and other government agencies.
• Maintain and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in accordance with company and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
• Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, and finance teams to support overall business objectives.
