Operations Executive role supporting Singapore operations with a focus on credit operations, KYC, and customer service at Funding Societies | Modalku.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Update and maintain Credit‑Ops trackers for various products including property, trade facility, invoice financing, working capital, and Experian in alignment with monthly schedules.
- Perform “maker” or “checker” roles for borrowers’ loan contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Execute KYC and backend onboarding operations for borrowers and investors, prioritizing speed and accuracy.
- Conduct weekly submissions to Enterprise SG for all relevant disbursed loans.
- Perform early redemption calculations for loans on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Provide excellent back‑office customer service focusing on financing stages such as offer acceptance, crowdfunding, and repayments.
- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders including Sales, Credit, CX, Legal to ensure timely and accurate financing processing.
- Assist in structuring and setting processes for variations and new system enhancements.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business & Commerce.
- 1‑2 years’ experience in banking, trade finance operations, credit operations, back office, or credit administration.
- Interns in last semester, fresh graduates, or entry‑level applicants with Upper Second‑Class Honors and above are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Willingness to work in KL Eco City.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment meeting deadlines.
- Ability to think out‑of‑the‑box for sustainable solutions to constraint problems.
- Confident and clear communicator with excellent collaboration skills across teams.
- Self‑motivated, humble, and a team player.
- Willingness to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices.
- Proficient with MS Office & Excel, with in‑depth understanding of features.
- Strong business acumen and enthusiasm for helping SMEs.
