Operations Executive (Operations & Insights)

We are representing a high-growth client seeking a detail-oriented and highly dependable Operations Executive to be the execution backbone across daily operations, reporting, and continuous improvement.

This is a critical role where you will own day-to-day operational analysis and execution, work deeply with data, and drive improvements across functions in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Experience: Do you have at least 3 years of experience in the tech or finance industry, ideally in a fast-paced environment?

Data & Logic: Are you strong in math and logical thinking, comfortable analyzing data, and confident working with spreadsheets?

• Operational Analysis & Ownership: Analyze and execute daily operational tasks across functions with accuracy and discipline.
• Data & Reporting: Conduct daily statistical analysis and reporting of findings. Prepare weekly improvement plans and weekly reports on past improvement implementations.
• Insight & Impact: Analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies, and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Process Improvement: Support workflow improvements through research, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
• Documentation & SOPs: Create clear, concise internal communications and SOPs to support scalable operations.
• Execution Under Pressure: Take initiative in handling urgent or high-volume tasks without compromising quality.
• Remote Discipline: Stay proactive, responsive, and accountable while working remotely, managing time effectively and following through.
