We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our client's Marketing team, focusing specifically on Retention Marketing. This is a critical role where you will be learning and managing the day-to-day operations of teams operating across 10 markets. You will be instrumental in creating efficient workflows and directly increasing customer retention.

The ideal candidate must meet the following essential criteria to be considered:
Experience: Do you have 2–4 years of experience in Marketing or equivalent operations roles in tech, finance, or fast-paced corporate environments?
Ownership: Are you detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and willing to take full ownership of outcomes?
Language & Communication: Do you possess excellent English communication skills and the ability to present findings and collaborate with senior stakeholders?
Tools: Are you proficient in Google Sheets and quick to learn new tools?
You will be driving operational excellence within the retention space:
Learn and manage the day to day operations of retention marketing teams that are operating across 10 markets.
Reach out to the current customer base mainly through the use of available marketing channels.
Create, improve, and automate work flows of the team.
Increase customer retention.
