What You’ll Be Doing

• Support exhibitions, events, and spatial projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate deliveries, installation, move-in, event days, and dismantling works.
• Work closely with suppliers, contractors, installers, and internal teams.
• Be on-site to supervise progress, solve issues, and keep things running smoothly.
• Ensure workmanship quality, safety, and timelines are met.
• Assist with BOQs, quotations, and basic procurement support.
• Juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Events, Exhibitions, Interior, Project Management, or related fields.
• Fresh grads welcome — experience in exhibitions/events is a plus.
• Comfortable with on-site work, weekends, and flexible hours when required.
• Proactive, organised, and able to solve problems on the go.
• Able to work well in a team and independently on-site.
