Key Requirements
Degree in a relevant field
4 - 6 years of experience in customer service or equivalent operations roles in tech, finance, or fast-paced corporate environments.
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and willing to take full ownership of outcomes.
Proficient in Google Sheets and quick to learn new tools.
Excellent English communication skills, able to present findings and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Competitive salary (based on experience and position level)
Working time: Mon-Fri (10 AM - 7 PM)
