Job description

As an Operations Executive in our Control Tower, you will be the nerve center of our daily trucking and logistics operations. Your mission is simple: ensure every job moves smoothly, safely, and on time. You will monitor trips in real time, coordinate with drivers, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high service reliability for our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast decision-making, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will be working on rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Real‑Time Monitoring: Track all active jobs from pickup to delivery using our Control Tower systems. Ensure drivers follow planned routes, ETAs, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
  2. Driver & Partner Coordination: Communicate with drivers to confirm dispatch, loading, unloading, and job completion. Provide real‑time instructions during disruptions (accidents, bad weather, traffic, customer changes). Maintain professional, consistent communication to build trust with fleet partners. Act as first responder for operational disruptions. Troubleshoot problems quickly and propose solutions. Escalate to Team Lead when issues require higher intervention.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in logistics, transport operations, or control tower monitoring is an advantage.
