Job Purpose

To support management in daily operations, including financial oversight, sales & marketing support, project documentation, proposals, costing, reporting, and other operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting Support
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
  • Assist management with budgeting and project cost analysis.
  • Ensure financial records and invoices are accurately maintained.
  • Assist in preparing project proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and sales performance reports.
  • Support promotional activities and market analysis.
Project & Documentation Management
  • Prepare project papers, progress reports, and new project proposals.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company SOPs.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Analysis & Reporting
  • Generate project performance reports, sales reports, and cost analyses for management.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Ad-hoc & Operational Tasks
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations.
  • Support management with special tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience in operations, finance, or sales & marketing support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
