• Experience in manufacturing/operations with strong Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma expertise.
• Proven track record in delivering OEE, Reject, Yield improvements and system sustainability.
• Lean Expert/Master, Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of Integrated Work System (IWS) aligned with global strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean methodologies.
• Develop training plans and coach leaders on daily performance tracking.
