A leading automotive company in Kedah is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to assist in operational excellence. This role involves guiding team members, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and addressing operational abnormalities. The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in maintaining a safe working environment and executing improvement initiatives. You'll participate in various operational tasks while upholding company regulations and safety measures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in ensuring operations meet customer, company and regulatory requirements.
• Guide team members on running processes, using tools and jigs.
• Lead improvement action activities.
• Understand and handle abnormalities during operation.
• Instruct and ensure operation members understand all quality requirements.
• Maintain 5S always in place in operation.
• Comply with company rules and regulations and report any abnormalities.
• Perform any task provided by supervisor from time to time.
• Ensure operation always in safety mode with complete PPE.
