  • Ensure timely execution of pick-up activities.
  • Assist in the deployment and training of new drivers.
  • Monitor and report KPI compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description
  • Monitor & coordinate seller pick-up order
  • Assign pick-up locations according to the timing of pick-up and ensure cost optimisation at all times
  • Perform quality and quantity checks once items have arrived at the warehouse
  • Address seller complaints and perform analysis to identify the root cause. Simultaneously implementing preventive measures
  • Ensure all pick-up activities are carried out in a timely manner by monitoring the productivity of drivers & riders
  • Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
  • Monitor and report KPI compliance
  • Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for warehouse parcel inbound
Requirements
