Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of fleets and drivers.
• Ensure delivery of products on time according to company policy.
• Monitor daily planned deliveries until completion.
• Coordinate with planners and Terminal for related issues.
• Remind drivers to follow clients' requirements and SOP.

Job description

KEY Position to manage day to day operations(fleets & drivers), ensure SAFE DELIVERY of our clients' products to clients' customers on time and in accordance with the Company’s policies and clients' requirements.

OPERATION SUPERVISOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make arrangment on resolve and follow up the vehicle issues, drivers issues and deliveries issues.
• Do daily and weekly planning for driver and truck availability schedule.
• Monitor daily planned deliveries complete by the end of the day.
• Manage and monitor drivers' leave application and attendance.
• Communicate with planner closely.
• Communicate with Terminal (Dispatcher) closely for any related issues.
• Communicate with superior from time to time.
• Work with the team to ensure operation run smoothly.
• Play a KEY role to remind driver follow clients' requirement and work SOP.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations

• Minimum SPM or above.
