What you’ll do:
  • A. Lead and manage all component maintenance activities and provision of assigned Components, Parts and Appliances thereof within the agreed time (on time delivery) and quality at economic conditions. Secure an appropriate scheduling of production.
  • B. Managing quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable organization and authorities’ rules and regulations at all times.
  • C. Provision of appropriate workplaces and working environment, which comply with authority (MOE), industrial safety and health requirements. Ensure compliance with employee protection regulations in regard to workplace ergonomics and safety.
  • D. Secure that all work will be performed according to given and valid rework Processes, Procedures and Instructions.
  • E. Target and performance‑oriented personnel management.
  • F. Actively managing human resources to ensure availability of adequate skills by training, cross‑training and regular briefing to meet demand and fulfill all job requirements at all times.
  • G. Secure an appropriate capacity planning and timely allocation of personnel resources – aligned with the expected level of incoming work.
  • H. Drive cost and performance driven culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow‑up with all employees.
  • I. Continuous optimization or improvement of Processes, Procedures and Working Methods in order to achieve rework all targets.
  • J. Control cost of Component maintenance operation within budget of respective Product Line.
  • K. Ensure organization procedures and standards are in place for approved new capability in Component, Part or Appliance rework.
  • L. Support the Commercial organization in customer acquisition and proposal process; receive and respond in a reasonable timeframe to Customer Service.
  • M. Develop clear and measurable agreements with all necessary interfaces to ensure traceable performance agreement. Establish a culture with is focused on customer orientation against internal and external customers.
  • N. Ensure sub‑contract orders are correctly detailed, and all requirements of the order are fulfilled in respect of inspection and quality control.
  • O. Manage scrap parts or material control while in operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aviation, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Aerospace MRO operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Aerospace industry standards and regulations, with a solid background in component rework processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with CDCCL, Air Legislation, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and drive operational excellence.
