Job description

To improve the production efficiency, quality of products and to bring down the cost of manufacturing.

To set efficiency and productivity goals for the plant and implement system towards achieving them.

Manages and monitor all activities in the Production and OrderPlanning and Production.

Capable to assign duties and responsibilities to respective HODs and make sure the effectiveness of tasks completed.

To carry out continuous improvement activities.

To communicate and coordinate effectively with QA in solving any quality issues internally and externally.

Plan, review, control and manage the activities of the plant and resources to ensure timeliness and quality of services delivery within the agreed scope, time, and budget.

Overseeing production staff to ensure that they are following procedures and meeting deadlines.

Providing leadership to ensure all production activities are completed on schedule and within budget constraints.

Providing leadership to ensure high accuracy of the inventory of raw materials and finished goods records and executed accordingly to company standard.

Preparing reports on production status, including details about materials used and costs incurred in production.

Qualifications & Experiences

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in related field.

Minimum 4 years of Manufacturing experience and preferably in the Furniture industry.

Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.

Strong coordination skills ability to communicate and articulate to get things done, a strong sense of responsibility, and independence.

Applicants must be willing to work in Kampung Baru Sungai Buloh.
