Job description

Oversee overall operational execution to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects, programs, events, and daily operations.

Translate management decisions into clear execution plans, timelines, and actionable work plans.

Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project & Event Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute all company projects and events, including training programs, team‑building activities, public courses, and internal and external events.

Develop execution workflows, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.

Coordinate cross‑functional resources and resolve operational issues and unexpected situations.

Team Management & Execution Oversight

Manage daily task allocation and execution progress of the operations team.

Assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables, and ensure results‑driven execution.

Strengthen team productivity, accountability, and work discipline while reducing recurring errors.

Process, Systems & Cost Control

Establish, maintain, and continuously improve SOPs, checklists, and operational processes.

Manage operational resources, vendors, and cost control to ensure efficiency.

Improve operational effectiveness, scalability, and process consistency.

Act as the key liaison between management and operational teams.

Provide regular reports on operational progress, challenges, and improvement recommendations.

Lead the resolution of operational emergencies and critical issues.
