Job Responsibilities

• Monitor road charge operations and traffic flow.
• Ensure road toll fares are collected accurately and promptly.
• Manage Electronic Road System (e.g.: RFID, SmartTag, etc.)
• Supervising staffs, including
  • Hiring, training and managing booth attendants and plaza attendants.
  • Conducting performance evaluations and handling disciplinary actions.
  • Creating work schedule and managing shift coverage.
• Reconcile toll fare collections and investigate discrepancies.
• Handle escalated complaints and respond to public inquiries.
• Enforce safety regulations for staffs and drivers.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities or emergency services as required.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering / Information Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years' working experience in Road / Highway / Expressway operations.
• Prior experience in Road / Highway / Expressway operations will be an added advantage.
• Willing to based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang
