About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Operation Executive to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and operational functions. This role is a critical link between logistics, production, strategic planning, and third-party coordination to ensure smooth, efficient, and scalable operations. The ideal candidate is both analytical and action-oriented—capable of managing day-to-day logistics while driving long-term strategic improvements. You will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and enhancing supply chain processes, from procurement and production preparation to last-mile delivery and operational reporting.

Operational Management
  • Plan and oversee daily production schedules, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and Floral Artisans are fully supported.
  • Supervise and lead the operations team, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and development.
  • Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Logistics & Fulfilment
  • Coordinate and monitor the supply chain and delivery operations to ensure timely distribution of goods.
  • Act as a key liaison between the operations team and third-party delivery partners to ensure smooth routing and delivery efficiency.
  • Manage order tracking, card/photo printing, and delivery routing to support high-quality customer experiences.
Strategic Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management
  • Develop mid-to-long-term supply chain strategies to support business growth, cost efficiency, and operational agility.
  • Analyze trends, forecast demand, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, logistics, and production teams to align planning and execution efforts.
  • Oversee inventory planning and stock optimization to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
  • Manage warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, stock accuracy, space utilization, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns through proactive capacity, warehouse space, and inventory planning.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Prepare and analyze production and delivery reports, including capacity planning, job completion, and delay tracking.
  • Monitor KPIs and create dashboards to provide operational visibility and guide data-driven decisions.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, adopt technology, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain and operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced or production-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities, especially with vendors and delivery partners.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software/tools and familiarity with strategic planning concepts.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
