Job summary

A growing organisation in engineering services is seeking an Operation Executive in Selangor, Malaysia. The role involves handling sales administration, managing pricing agreements, and supporting daily operations. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operation Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle sales administration, daily operation activities, and customer support.

  • Manage pricing agreements, sales contracts, and commercial requirements.

  • Support office business operations including documentation and follow-up on daily RFQs and quotation submissions.

  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate commercial proposals for inquiries or tenders.

  • Prepare detailed quotations in response to customer inquiries.

  • Monitor goods delivery status closely until invoicing is finalised with the end client.

  • Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, documentation, and record-keeping.

  • Coordinate and liaise with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other required business documentation.

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by the Company.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, sales administration, or commercial support roles.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in engineering or technical service industries will be an added advantage.
