Qualifications

  • Min 1 year of experience in operations, administration or customer service.
  • Experience in LICENSING, MIDA, LMW & COO as an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle documentation for foreign worker application, renewal, and cancellation.
  • Liaise with government departments for license and permit applications.
  • Coordinate and track license submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and renewals.
  • Support clients during site visits and inspections.

MyLicense is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to support our Licensing applications. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth operational processes, coordinating with clients, and managing regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Handle and prepare full set of documentation for foreign worker application, renewal, and cancellation (JIM, JTK, KDN, eQuota, ePLKS, etc.)
  • Liaise with government departments (e.g. Immigration, Labour Office, MIDA, MITI) for license and permit applications
  • Coordinate and track commercial and factory license submissions
  • Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and renewals
  • Support clients during site visits, audits, and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia’s latest foreign labor and licensing regulations
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Min 1 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer service.
  • Experience in LICENSING, MIDA, LMW & COO as an added advantage
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients is an added advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability toadapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
Work Location & Schedule

📍 JB Branch: No.5 & 7, Jalan Sasa 1, Taman Gaya, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor.

🕒 Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Lunch 12pm - 1pm)
