Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering readiness for assigned projects.

Job description

Ensure engineering readiness for assigned projects.

Create validation plan. Generate and test Validation Samples (Trial Build Samples) and software. Provide Validation Report for both hardware and software.

Take lead in all tools creation for operation. Create Work Instruction and submit for release. Define operation routing time for new products.

Take lead in problem solving in operation line. Responsible for engineering issues to make the operation run smoothly according to the SLA.

Ensure implementation, adherence and participation in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) procedures by applying to areas of responsibility.

Continuously contribute, develop and implement ideas that improve performance.

Mentor for others about the operation engineering.

Other tasks assigned by the superior.

THE PEOPLE

Bachelor’s degree/diploma or above. Major in Electronics or Mechanical is preferred.

3 years or above position related experience.

Fluent oral and written English. Good computer and office tools skills.
