Job summary

A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a motivated individual to manage hub operations, handle customer interactions regarding product installations and exchanges, and ensure accurate order processing. Candidates should have at least an SPM qualification along with experience in logistics or warehouse settings. This role requires strong customer service skills and adherence to health and safety regulations. The position is based in Bukit Raja, Shah Alam / Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM with working experience in logistics or warehouse.
  • Good customer service skills required.
  • Must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Shah Alam / Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hub and interact with customers for installations and product exchanges.
  • Enter orders into the system ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and comply with HSE regulations.
  • Manage stock by checking and entering inventory into the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing hub and dealing with customers in regards to installation, exchange of product, return or refund / damaged products
  • Key in order into the system and ensure all orders received are tally with the system and order number
  • To ensure cleanliness of the work station, compliance to HSE regulations.
  • Manage stock - inventory, checking stocks, key in stocks into the system
  • Must be willing to work in Bukit Raja, Shah Alam / Petaling Jaya
