Job summary

A prominent insurance company is looking for a candidate with strong expertise in change management and a deep understanding of the General Insurance industry. This role involves defining an integrated operating model to enhance operational efficiency and managing the integration of Motor and Motor PA portfolios. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of relevant experience and be capable of establishing key performance indicators to measure success. This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

End-to-End Operating Model Design & Execution

Define and implement the integrated operating model, including business practices, processes, and capabilities that drive operational efficiency, business impact, and superior customer/intermediary experience.

Ensure alignment of the operating model with organizational strategy and market positioning.

Manage the full integration of Motor and Motor PA portfolios, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and accountability.

Develop and maintain critical governance tools
  • Risk and issue trackers
Strategic Alignment

Align integration approach and operating model outcomes with the overall go-to-market strategy, ensuring consistency across channels and customer touchpoints.

Value Realization & Performance Tracking

Define clear business value targets for the integration (e.g., cost synergies, operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction).

Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress against desired outcomes, reporting regularly to leadership.

Requirements
