Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in aircraft avionics and troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 8 years of related industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for IFE/GCS products.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues with engineers.
• Document repairs using computer and barcoding equipment.
• Maintain a strong customer relationship.

Skills

Ability to read technical documents

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Strong troubleshooting skills

Fluent in English

Education

A&P, FCC Class 1, EASA B1 and/or B2

Tools

Computer hardware knowledge
