Online Marketplace Executive (TikTok & Affiliate Focus)
- TikTok Shop Channel Management: Manage and optimize full-funnel TikTok Shop operations to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Sales Strategy & Promotions: Develop and execute sales strategies including pricing, flash sales and exclusive TikTok campaigns.
- Marketing Budget Management: Manage TikTok Ads and Affiliate marketing budgets to ensure strong ROI and cost efficiency.
- Content Creation & Planning: Conceptualize and produce high-conversion short-form video content aligned with TikTok trends and algorithms.
- Live-Streaming Management: Plan and oversee TikTok live-stream sessions including scripting, product sequencing and technical setup.
- Creator & Affiliate Collaboration: Manage collaborations with creators and influencers through the TikTok Affiliate Center.
- Market & Competitor Monitoring: Monitor market trends, viral hashtags and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
- Store Audit & Optimization: Conduct regular store audits to improve store ratings, product visibility (SEO) and customer experience.
- Feature & Tool Adoption: Identify and implement new TikTok Shop and advertising features to improve sales performance.
- Product Listing Management: Ensure all product listings are accurate, updated and optimized for conversion.
- Order Fulfilment Coordination: Coordinate with Logistics, Warehouse and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Store Health Monitoring: Monitor shipping performance, customer feedback and store health indicators.
- Operational Issue Resolution: Handle operational issues and work with internal teams to resolve them promptly.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, content engagement and advertising efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Recommendations: Analyse TikTok Seller Center data and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Job Specification
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in social commerce, TikTok Shop, TikTok Live or social media management.
- Preferred English proficiency scores: TOEIC 550+, TOEFL 450+ or IELTS 5.0+.
- Proficient in TikTok Seller Center and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Proficient in mobile video editing tools such as CapCut and live-streaming tools such as OBS or TikTok Live Studio.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for sales analysis.
- Able to adapt quickly to TikTok trends and algorithm changes.
- Good time management and project coordination skills to manage content calendars and live-stream schedules.
