The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing online marketing initiatives across various platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and our webstore. This role will specifically focus on recruiting and managing livestream hosts to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit suitable livestream hosts across platforms.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and recruitment campaigns.

Management:

  • Oversee the onboarding and training of livestream hosts.
  • Schedule and coordinate livestream events, ensuring hosts are prepared and equipped.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze the effectiveness of livestreams, providing feedback and insights.
