Job description
Responsibilities
- Enhance the onboarding orientation experience for new hires and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Administrate all training requests, consult internal stakeholders, provide support in sourcing, evaluating and recommending training solutions.
- Assess, develop, and produce training resources (training materials & multimedia visual aids) to ensure seamless coordination and organization.
