4) Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build client relationships : Proactively generate leads, pitch Versa's retail media offerings, and close deals to meet sales targets
- Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients
- Conduct presentation to potential clients
- Identify every prospective corporate client in the territory/account listing assigned
- Build strong relationshipos with corporates, government agencies, and partners
- Client Acquisition : Identify and engage potential B2B clients to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
5) Sales Proposals & Quotations
- Manage sales pipeline: Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to post-sales account management.

8) Manage offline sales channels
- Manage and maintain Harvey Norman amd other account nationwide as the primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, merchandisers, and retail staff.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product display, pricing, and promotions are properly executed
- Provide product knowledge training to store sales teams to improve sell-through.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance at each outlet, identify gaps, and implement action plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, after-sales) to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage B2B channels (mass merchandising, local chains, and independent retailers)
9) Event Management
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking opportunities, and B2B networking opportunities.
- Drive exhbitor sales, sponsorships, and partnerships (B2B)
- Expand booth sales, memberships, and consumer-driven revenue streams (B2C)
- Coordinate and support with management in company events.
10) Field Support & Feedback
- Listen to field feedback, understand challenges, and convey insights, complaints, and suggestions to management for improvement.
11) Training & Development
- Conduct weekly sessions with leaders, including Zoom meetings and training on products, marketing plans, and incentive programs to enhance performance.
12) Team Collaboration
- Facilitate collaboration among leaders and teams to ensure smooth operations and mutual success.
13) Problem solving
- Address and resolve issues related to inventory management, backend systems, and other operational challenges.
