Job description

To receive and handle customer complaints by conducting preliminary investigations and liaising with relevant stations or departments for clarification and resolution, and providing appropriate responses.

To conduct continuous tele-checking to monitor and assess branch service levels; report findings accordingly.

Compile, organize, and file documents related to service quality activities, complaints, and investigation.

To perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the Service Quality Unit.

To adhere the Emergency Procedure (Reference:CDO-MR-EP-P01), ensuring preparedness and compliance during crisis situations.

To comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and other environmental obligations relevant to the company's operations.

To prevent the occurrence of unacceptable pollution or environmental harm by following established environmental controls and good practices.

To implement environmental related procedures such as the Energy Conservation Procedure (Reference: CDO-MR-EN-P01), in support of the company's sustainability objectives.

to comply with the company's IT Policy & Procedures, ensuring adequate protections of confidential data, secure information handling and prevention of unauthorized access and prevention of unauthorized access.

Requirement and Qualifications:

Minimum SPM qualifications with 1 year working experience or Diploma qualifications in any fields
