A leading IT services company based in Malaysia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment and software. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Information Technology and 1-2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. Responsibilities include providing technical support to staff, ensuring optimal performance of systems, and maintaining accurate documentation. Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to installation, configuration and maintenance of infrastructure and network equipment both hardware and software.

• Checking log of systems and applications create and managing user account.

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues

• Maintain IT Documentation and prepare basic daily and weekly report.

• Ensure all systems and network operating at optimal performance levels.

• Implement IT-related project, such as systems upgrades, software developments or network expansions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma and above inInformation Technology, Computer Science or related field.
