A well-known convenience store chain is seeking an experienced handyman in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely job completion in the CMMS system, addressing challenges faced on-site, and managing ad-hoc projects. Applicants should have at least 5 years of handyman experience, knowledge of mechanical and electrical components, and good communication and customer service skills. The ability to work under pressure and travel within the managed area when necessary is also required.
Responsible to ensure update job completion into CMMS system timely
Escalate to BMC if face challenges at site while carry out work
Carry out other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by superior
At least 5 years’ experience as a handyman
Knowledge of mechanical/electrical components
Good communication skills and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Required to travel within the managed area as when necessary
Able to take up phone call off working hours as when required
Experience in managing maintenance for large number of sites (approximately >200 sites) is an added advantage
