We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operation cum Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at XS Wallcovering Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur -Working location : Perindustrian OUG-. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and providing essential administrative support to our team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee and coordinate all general office operations, including managing reception, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment
  • Provide administrative support to the team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and ensure timely responses
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
  • Assist with various projects and tasks as required to support the overall objectives of the business
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • * Familiar in SQL Accounting Software would be added advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
