A building and construction company is seeking an Office Admin with a civil engineering background. This role involves understanding technical drawings and reporting, preparation of quotations and work orders, and effective site documentation. Candidates should possess a minimum of a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with proficiency in MS Office. Strong responsibility and punctuality are essential, as is the ability to work independently. Located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Basic knowledge of construction & maintenance works
Able to understand drawings, site reports & technical terms
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Able to prepare quotation, work order, site planning & documentation
Responsible, punctual & able to work independently
