Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper filing system (physical & digital).
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Assist in invoice preparation and filing.

Skills

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email)
Basic knowledge of invoicing and expense claims
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
