What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventories and files.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and other office activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform data entry, file management, and other administrative duties as required.
  • Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Able to transport stocks to customers for some orders.
