The company provides a one‑stop platform that manages primary medical needs, stores health reports for continuous care, offers online doctor consultation, online medicine delivery, and much more.

About the job

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team (functional consultants, business analysts, technical consultants/developers, project managers) on the implementation of Odoo modules across core business functions:
  • Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Supply Chain, Projects, Accounting, HR, Knowledge & Compliance.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Execute proper business requirements gathering and translate them into workable Odoo ERP solutions.
• Initiate process analysis and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Configure Odoo ERP to meet business requirements while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application or process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Prepare and maintain clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, system design documents, and deliver end‑user training.

About the manager/team

This is an individual‑contributor functional consultant role. You will work daily with other functional and technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers supporting Odoo ERP. You also have the option to lead end‑to‑end greenfield implementations and roll out projects in other regions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation projects and/or L2/L3 support (preferred but not mandatory).
• At least one full‑cycle end‑to‑end implementation on a regional or global basis (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exposure to at least one of the Odoo ERP modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of business processes in one or more of the following areas (preferred but not mandatory):
  • CRM workflow
  • HR workflow
  • Supply chain & logistics
  • Finance & accounting workflows
  • Project & service delivery
  • Compliance & document workflows
• Technical capabilities such as Python, Docker/containers, Linux, front‑end frameworks with Odoo, version control (git) is a plus (functional role).
• Experience migrating Odoo versions to the latest release (preferred but not mandatory).
• Core ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.
• Strong hands‑on configuration experience with Odoo ERP.
