Position Overview
As the Director for Kuala Lumpurregion, you will be a key driver in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our client's business in the region. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, building strong client relationships, and fostering growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic goals for the Kuala Lumpurregion.
- Provide strategic insights to enhance market positioning and business expansion.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead client engagement initiatives and contribute to business development.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire the Kuala Lumpurteam, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Kuala Lumpurregion.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Partnership Management
- Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Odoo, to enhance collaboration and business success.
- Represent the company in industry events and forums.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore and Kuala Lumpurmarket.
- In-depth knowledge of Odoo/other ERP solutions.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
