About the role

Bconnect Speech Therapy And Development Centre Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur branch. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to our clients, helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths and areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
• Providing hands‑on therapy sessions to help clients develop, recover or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work
• Educating clients, families and caregivers on strategies to support the client's rehabilitation process
• Maintaining accurate and detailed client records and documentation
• Continuously evaluating and adjusting treatment plans to ensure clients' progress and optimal outcomes

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families and the multidisciplinary team
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities to develop and adapt treatment strategies
• Passion for helping individuals reach their full potential and improve their quality of life
• Proficiency in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an added advantage
