Responsibilities

• Support customer master data maintenance.
• Post payments received from customers.
• Perform daily sales orders reconciliation.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Handle inquiries from stakeholders and customers.
• Participate in credit assessment for customers.
• Contribute to Credit Committee or O2C Governance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
