Responsibilities

• Assess people\'s nutritional needs, based on their age, body mass index (BMI), medical conditions and nutritional goals.
• To promote healthy eating habits and suggest diet modifications.
• Provide nutritional consultation & handling customer\'s inquiries/complaints.
• To build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs & care for them. Provide excellent customer care & product /detox program knowledge assistance.
• Work closely with team member to provide translation support and handle customer enquiries effectively.
• Maintains work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments; and participating with and providing resources to sales teams.
• Keeping uplift of own self nutritional knowledge and ensuring the company direction stick to the latest market trends.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Nutritionist - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidate will experience in retail will be added advantage.
• Good communications skills and proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work on retail hours.
• A proactive, independent, solution and target oriented approach & attitude.
• Communicate well within peers and superior.
• A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constant evolving environment.
