Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of products to business partners and customers.
  • Customer relationship management includes attending to consumer needs, concerns & complaints; and to provide general health knowledge on a timely manner.
  • Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers, including health talks and events.
  • Build & maintain good loyal relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Assist on ad-hoc events as and when required.
  • Collaborate with other product Advisor, Telemarketer and Marketing Departments to achieve common goals.
  • Give talk/presentation on company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, retailers and product advisors.
Requirements
  • Prefer candidates with a Diploma or bachelor's degree in nutrition, Food science, Dietetics.
  • Self-motivated to earn more income and enthusiastic.
  • Friendly, warm and outgoing personality.
  • An opportunity seeker and willing to take risks.
  • Have good verbal communication skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Required basic Microsoft skills.
  • Able to speak in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
